APM is providing Program Management / Owner’s Representative services for the Ownership Group, Jekyll Landmark Associates, LLC.
JEKYLL ISLAND
Midway between Savannah Georgia and Jacksonville Florida, is a remarkable island retreat, Jekyll Island, Georgia. Includes miles of barrier island beaches and dune lines edging unbothered woodlands. Includes an enchanting riverfront National Historic Landmark District, and challenge miles of emerald fairways.
OCEAN SUITES
The Project is a compliment to the Historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel and be located on the Ocean side of the Island. Its 41 Suites will range between King, Queen and Family suites . It will include an outdoor pool with bar, event lawn and direct access to the ocean.
Project is currently in Pre-Construction phase and planned to be operational Fall 2016.
