Mr. Headley served as the Construction Manager for the developer, Del Web Communities.

As the Construction Manager, Mr. Headley interfaced with the land developer on issues such as grading, storm sewer installation and utilities installation.  Supervised construction of apartments and condominiums.  Supervised new superintendents to insure their understanding and adherence.

Project included a 400 Home development including two magnificent golf courses, two fitness centers, four swimming pools, tennis courts, a softball field, walking trails, a sports complex, arts and crafts center, performing arts theater, and more than 100 ongoing clubs and classes.

At the heart of Sun City is the Village Center Recreation Campus. This multi-building complex resembles a southern town square complete with a clock tower, providing a wonderful blend of old-world charm with state-of-the-art amenities. Great resources include a variety of learning facilities and a multimedia business center. Park features included Green belts, Dog Park, Playground, Picnic areas, and Gazebo.
