MULTI - PRIME CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
  • aCMs acts as Advocate, augmenting the Owner with specific Construction Management experience
  • aCMs’s CM fees are negotiated up front and based upon staffing levels necessary to oversee project
  • Owner saves between 4% and 7% on Construction Fees
  • Owner holds sub contracts directly with trades
  • Owner has privity of contracts with each trade and gains the documented benefits of cost savings in the bidding process
  • Owner is able to “Fast Track” the project through a phased construction process
  • aCMs, on behalf of the Owner, manages the Project Budget and ensures that at each bid of different trades, the project is within that sub budget prior to moving forward with contracts
  • The project is bonded at the Trade Contract level.
