Mr. Headley served as the General Contractor
As the General Contractor, Mr. Headley acted as the General Contractor in the renovation of the Facilities infrastructure housing Dynamometer equipment. It also included interfacing with the Equipment Manufacturer in the replacement of these specialized equipment.
Improvements included updating Electrical Service Panels, Mechanical systems, Facility finishes. Scheduled improvements had to be accomplished in “off hours” to avoid shut downs of mission critical systems.
