Personal Experience
Over the lifespan of Mr. Prine’s career he has performed multiple roles such as; Designer (practicing Architect), Project Manager, Program Manager, Construction Manager – Agent, Director of a Program / Construction Management Division, Business Development Leader, and a host of others. Mr. Prine is experienced in overseeing the daily activities of program and construction management staff. In the role as a Division Director and Business Development Leader, he more than tripled the division’s revenues and significantly expanded the client base as well as the range of services offered for his last assignment. He is adept at communicating technical concepts to user groups and in building consensus to keep projects moving forward. He serves as liaison with clients to ensure that each project is well managed and expectations are met or exceeded.
Mr. Prine is unique in that he is both, a trained Architect and a Certified Construction Manager, with extensive experience in the oversight of design and construction project types such as; Hotel/Convention Center, Basic Infrastructure (Transportation, Water, Sewer, & Storm Water Utilities systems etc.), Quality of Life (Parks, Greenways, Performing Arts Centers etc.), and Public Safety (911/Communications Systems, Police, Fire, and Criminal Justice Facilities etc).
Mr. Prine has served as Program Manager/Director for Local, State, and Federal Government Capital Improvement Programs. All together, he has overseen over Billion Dollars of projects throughout his career. He has been the on-site Point of Contact with clients, providing technical advice and support for their projects. He interfaces with the Clients Finance Department related to the Cash Flow management and Project Budget controls.
Mr. Prine is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM®) and a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and in addition, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED® AP) Accredited Professional and member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Lastly, Mr. Prine has served as a Director of PM services in which he sought out and managed projects in Egypt, UAE, Caribbean, and throughout the United States of America. He is experienced in working overseas.
